• Dr (Brig) Anil Kumar Dhar is a veteran in medical oncology with over 35 years of experience in treating solid tumors & malignancies. He is a post-doctoral fellow from Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai. He has been credited with many awards in the field of Medical Oncology.
• He has been instrumental in establishing premier oncology centers across the country, including Army Hospital (R&R), Delhi, and Command Hospital, Pune. His extensive service in the Armed Forces Medical Services earned him the prestigious Vishisht Seva Medal by the President of India. 
• He is known for mentoring and teaching across AFMC Pune, MUHS, Delhi University and DNB programs, shaping future generations of oncologists.
